This online course has been prepared to assist participants to think about their customers, who are they and what is customer service and how does it apply to our customers? The course prepares us to think about whom in our organisation provides the customer service?  

The unit applies to all levels of sales personnel involved in hospitality, retail and other industries. Those may include food and beverage attendants; packaged liquor salespersons selling in person, over the phone or online; winery, brewery and distillery cellar door staff; and supplier sales representatives. The unit also applies to security staff who monitor customer behaviour and any other person who interacts with others.

This course is divided into modules, after each module you will be presented with a quick quiz. You will be required to correctly answer each question before proceeding to the next module.

Assessment stage 1 - Knowledge - Multiple Choice 

  • After completion of each of the modules, a multiple-choice assessment is presented.
  • Each module assessment comprises of a combination of multiple-choice questions such as drag and drop, fill in the missing word.
  • Should you submit an incorrect response to a multiple-choice question, you will be provided with a further opportunity to review the learning material and reattempt the question/s.
  • Once you have satisfactorily completed all quizzes you will be awarded a certificate of completion.
